On the 18th I scheduled to pick up the truck on the 25th in the morning and was told that I could have the truck as long as I wanted as long as it was back on the lot before 4pm. When I arrived at 9:30 am on the 25th I found that the truck had been double booked and I wasn't going to be able to pick it up until after 1pm. I believe there should have been a first come first serve policy enforced considering I book my reservation a week in advance and the woman who got my truck only reserved it 3 days ago and hadn't even had any of her paperwork filled out when I got there. Mine was filled out on the 18th to save time this morning.

Due to a misunderstanding in communication the truck was inadvertently double booked. AAA Self Storage prides itself on customer service and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused both tenants. In the future, we will be strictly enforcing the policy of a once-per-day booking for the truck. Our tenants can also reach out to management for any reason and we will strive to amicably resolve any concerns they may have.
