Poor customer service and no follow up
We came into to look at rental space for our upcoming move. We looked at 2 different sizes and was quoted a price. When we started the paperwork all of a sudden the price went up $11 more a month. They could not explain why and said that there was NOTHING they could do about until the "big boss" was back in the building and we were promised a follow up phone call and that never happened. I feel like it was a classic "bait and switch" scam offering one price and then not honoring it. Do not do business with this location!
