I had to coordinate selection of a storage unit while I was in another state with my family in NC. Public Storage (especially the representative Trey at the location I selected) made me feel at ease and that the items being stored for my mom will be in the safest place. I know the team at that location will interact with my mom the same way Trey interacted with me over the phone.
