Process was easy and unit was very clean
When I got to my storage it was very clean and easy access to it. Iam please with the value and how easy it was to complete the paperwork.

Frustrating
Rented unit ok and impressed with cleanliness and pleas customer service. Later, problems began. Site manager very unhelpful. Was to!d the office had one of two keys to my unit in case I ever misplaced mine. Today I needed that other key but was told it didn't exist. Told to get gate code online thru an app I cannot access. Very frustrating! Won't be recommending this to friends or foes.
