Property manager was nice and helpful over the phone as well as in the office during the process. I just wasn't expecting to be blind-sided by an extra fee (i.e. insurance premium) on top of the on-line special. I wasn't told about it up front over the phone. I didn't find out about it, until I was already there in the office signing the papers in order to move into the small storage unit. I didn't appreciate being forced to pay more per month because of the unexpected and mandatory fee either. Otherwise, the move-in process was pretty easy and quick. Thanks!

I have had quite an experience working with public storage and not all pleasant for over 2years. Dee has kept me straight with her Superb customer service! Without her I would have left the company. Thanks Dee! Public Storage you have a employee who represents it very well!
