Unfortunately when customers do not pay their bills, we are forced to auction the units as prescribed by the lease agreements and state law. Multiple attempts are made to contact the tenants in hopes of settling the debt, and the auctioning of the unit is a last resort for us. We also work quite well with all our military customers.
