Public Storage - Monroe - 1516 Walkup Ave

Lucy Armer helped us rent a storage unit. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and showing us the unit. She took us to the unit and gave us pointers on how to arrange our belongings. Our daughter is going through a separation and we wanted to help her rent a unit. It was an emotional day and Ms Lucy was so kind and compassionate, assured us that everything would be alright. She is a jewel for your company. We feel confident that we chose the right storage facility.

I had to get a storage unit and chose Public Storage as family members have had one 7 years with ease of mind. We feel very secure with our belongings being stored here and the customer service is great! Lucy, the manager is always helpful and we are always glad to see her smiling face!!
