Spring Place Storage

Disappointed first in customer service. No office on site, mult phone numbers to call and finally reached someone who acted like I was bothering her. Wrong unit assigned with wet clothing and feces on wall and dusty. No locks on external door or around parameter of place.

The lady I talked to was wonderful and so helpful. However. If I am supposed to pay a $25 "cleaning" fee, it should be a clean unit. It was not. There is something smeared on the back wall and on the floor.

I needed a small storage unit fast, and selfstorage.com help me get it. Spring Place Road storage units are very clean and tidy and I like the indoor ones that's what I have. The only thing I didn't know about was the cleaning fee, which is actually a cash deposit for 25 bucks. Other than that David Casey was a nice guy nice to meet him and very helpful.
