Public Storage - Austin - 12318 N MoPac Expy

I had a very pleasant experience this morning: my appointment was at 10am, but I got there early, and it was no problem. Anne showed me my reserved space, told me about all the paperwork and what I needed to know, and I was able to use my lock from a previous time I had rented from Public Storage. If there would be a "Recommend this location" check box, then it would have 5 checks in it. The location is good too: next to working in the area, there are numerous useful stores close by, as well as the Domain.

This Public Storage has a low theft rate, decent prices on units and the best on site manager you could hope for. Anne is down to business. At the same time she is understanding and works hard to make sure you get what you need from a storage unit service without a bunch of run around crap. Need a safe place to store your things?
