Pretty good, but they could have been better about informing me about charges such as insurance before I signed the lease agreem
Definitely felt a little blindsided by that. At no point when I was being showed the unit was I told "you'll also need to purchase insurance."

I was really happy until my unit was flooded.
I was told no water from rain would get into my unit but there was a whole in the roof and it ruined some of my stored boxes and clothes.
