Everyone was super helpful with the whole process of renting a storage space. It was a very hot day and a staff member walked me over to look at the space before I rented and it was great because the space was too small. Despite the heat, she walked me over to see a larger space and it was perfect. I was also able to get packing paper, tape with dispenser, and a heavy duty lock. I felt completely taking care of and the staff was very friendly during the whole interaction, even offered me a cold bottle of water! Omar is awesome and this is my second time to rent a space with him. I'll definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family in the future. Thanks for making my move to storage an easy and pleasant experience.

My husband and I both agree that Omar is very professional and polite and knows his job well. We were thrilled with our choice of location, but even more so after meeting Omar!
