My move in was pretty sudden and unexpected. After we found the place, the staff working there were very helpful in detailing everything I needed to know and getting everything squared away quickly and painlessly.

Between leases. Wanted location close to both apartments. Price was major factor. This was good price for the area. They need to replace the entry keypad because it is impossible to read the keys. Just annoying. I like the new lock system for security but did feel like the mandatory purchase and pricing was too high. For my short term purposes I would have been happier to just use my own lock that I paid a lot for in the past. Now it's obsolete. Tommie was nice, professional and helpful. Good sense of humor. :)

The fence that enclosed the property had been destroyed by people jumping it, cutting it with wire cutters, etc. I had a tiny, non-climate controlled unit and felt that it was very over-priced. The workers were friendly, but that was the only positive.
