Public Storage - Houston - 16303 Loch Katrine Lane

We had to book a last minute storage unit. I called the location and asked the lady if we could just come in, even though they prefer to have appt, she said yes. We got there and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She was on the phone taking care of a customer but she didn't let that stop her from acknowledging us. and from what we could tell she was being chewed out by a customer that hadn't paid his bill on time. She was very nice to the customer the whole time, even when having to repeat what she told him over and over. Once she was off the phone she was very personable and easy to talk to. I say that cause I don't just talk to ppl like they're my friend but felt that was about her.

The entire process was awesome..the staff was professional and informative.
