Public Storage - McKinney - 4700 Stacy Rd

Checking in was easy. Registering was smooth. Ryan, the desk clerk was knowledgable and personnable, gave accurate information, answered all questions and explained the necessary details efficiently. Very quick process. This place has excellent security, cleanliness, and it is well lit. Numerous transfer carts of nice size are readily available after I.D. Is shown. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this storage place.

This location is very new and clean. Super friendly staff. Helped me pick the unit I needed according to the amount of stuff I have. Didn't need any notice to move in, and only needs 2 days to move out. They have a great online special. First month is $1 $24 one time fee. PLUS online prices are cheaper than in person. I'm saving $50-$60 a month by reserving everything online.

The new Public Storage Unit in McKinney was very clean (especially the indoor climate controlled ones) and the employees were very helpful. The only reason why this isn't a 5 star rating is due to the inability for the onsite employees to books a unit using the online discounted prices. I can easily just book it from my phone while I was there but sort of makes it inconvenient. If they don't change this policy, I recommend installing self-service iPads or kiosks so prospective customers can book online onsite.
