Public Storage - Fairfax - 3180 Draper Dr

I was told by a on site staffer that on my move in date I would have until 9:30 but everything became chaotic when I woman approached my husband and said we had 3 minutes to get our stuff in the elevator and back down and the truck out or we would be locked in. We had great difficulty understanding what she was saying so we were running around getting everything squared away. It was extremely stressful. Our items are safely put away but the timing issues were frustrating.

I cannot say enough about the facility. It's very clean. Moving in was a breeze, paperwork was all online, and the manager called to make sure my needs were met. Really love my decision.

Excellent, helpful, knowledgable staff - Carrie especially was a great help several times! Facility is modern, clean, well lit, easy to use, conveniently located - and it always feels safe. One suggestion: Please consider having a couple of chairs available in the office area, for people who plan to meet each other there, and have to wait awhile. Same for someone waiting for their moving company to arrive and meet them there.
