They do not respect the agreed price from the reservation nor the unit
I have been 2 months claiming to adjust the fee to 30 USD as agreed in the reservation, and also give me the refund, since I was charged more. Now it is the 3rd month and they even charged me even more, without answering my email. When I went for the first time, office was closed since the owner had a personal problem. I can understand that. When he got the place after 40 minutes waiting, he realized that the number he gave me by phone was wrong and we cannot open the storage. They gave me another one and I had to buy the locker and come back and move all my stuff. Still waiting for a response, refund and the right fee for October.

Abel and staff were so helpful in setting us up with a storage unit and explaining all information pertaining to it - keys, access, hours of business, etc. We would highly recommend their business to anyone!

The gentleman in the office was knowledgeable, helpful & courteous!
Excellent service. The only problem was my original reservation was booked on the wrong date by the 800# so when I got to the location there was a little problem with finding it.
