Online reservation was very easy. Staff at the facility(Sean) was very friendly and professional and very helpful.

I wish I remembered his name. He was getting ready to go to lunch and got out his car to get my stuff done so I can get my unit. He was awesome .

I cant say enough about Michelle, She has excellent customer service skills and pays attention to detail as well as making sure that you understand terms and options. I was in a pickle, needed last minute storage, got lost etc. She waited after hours to ensure that I was able to rent my unit after driving cross country and starting a new job. I was unfamiliar with the area and totally stressed. Michelle gave me peace of mind and followe up to make sure there was nothing else I needed. I highly recommend using this facility based on her customer service and genuine care.
