All of the current staff are very nice and polite. They are helpful, and the communication is great. Initially my discrete gate code was not working. Erica made sure I had a temporary code so I could access my unit and contiue with my moving

Clean and secure but the staff is as rude as they get. On multiple occasions where I could not access my storage unit, due to technical issues, the staff could care less. Most recently when attempting to access my storage, Victor at the front desk refused me access and refused to even speak with me about the matter, slamming the office door in my face. I have since left multiple messages for the manager, Kristy, who refuses to call me back. Someone needs to teach the staff some empathy and customer service skills.
