Public Storage - Everett - 9011 Evergreen Way

I just recently had the most wonderful experience with Josie , she is very knowledgeable and efficient and made the whole process go smoothly and quickly, she not only took care of me, but at the time she also respectfully handled all of her other duties at the same time, she was handling phone calls, my questions, the paperwork process...a maintenance persons questions and other current customers needing service, she was completely calm and collected and multitasked with 100% accuracy and dedication and hands down probably one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet... Thank you so much for the amazing day I ended up having all day because Josie took the time to show how true customer service is supposed to be, she went above and beyond 100% customer care and satisfaction... Thank you so much Josie...

Laura is super friendly! Great customer service. I went in on my lunch break and was in a rush to get back to work and she made the appointment fast & was able to get back to work before my lunch was over. Definitely will recommend this Public Storage facility!??????

Wonderful customer service. Laura is awesome! And the rest of her staff are so friendly. I feel that they have done everything in their power to meet my needs.
