I never do reviews but I had to this time. The employee I dealt with was amazing! Super friendly, very thorough and even recommended a new place to eat as I am new to the area! Her name was Aleks . Great experience. The process to obtain the storage was very easy and the staff member, Aleks, that helped me was great. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Rental unit
Aleks was great. Very friendly and helpful. Ray was also helpful. I did have some friction when confronting about the huge difference of online prices and the inability to honor the presented offer. After going through hoops I was able to rent the unit via submitting an online reservations while sitting in the office. Which I feel is very silly and not very accomadating to the customer service focus
