The Pandemic of 2020 wreaked havoc of both my professional and personal stability. My company initially closed temporarily that eventually became a permanent closure. Soon after this loss, my living situation required downsizing considerably. These circumstances required the storage of my cherished and prized possessions. I have rented two units from Public Storage at different times in this pandemic and as a long time business owner, I am keen on both top tier customer service and practiced professionalism. The staff at the two different Public Storage facilities made me still feel worthy during these tough times by demonstrating compassion and concern by providing a smooth transition into a new "normal".
