Well kept place. Convenient access. Ideal for our needs. The person we dealt with was Stephanie. She was excellent. She helped us with all our needs. Very friendly and patient. The place is great but...
The place is great, very secure, and the personnel very nice. There should not be, however, any problems with the elevators. I shouldn't have to tweak it so I can use it. Instructions are put in the code, rush on to the elevator, and wait for the door to close before pushing the floor level button, but if you don't let the door shut, and there's beeping, you have to get out of the elevator and do it all over again.
