Super fast & easy
It was super easy finding a location that worked for us. And then signing up went super fast and easy, but for some reason, it would not accept a Debit or a Credit card. I did it over and over, re-checked my numbers, everything! It kept pulling up an "error" . Strangely though, i received a "confirmation" on my reservation, so i'm thinking it went through.

Directions to the site were well given. The assistant manager took care of every question I had, and was perfectly informative on the process. He ensured I was able to navigate to, use the keypad, and the lock, properly. The unit was clean and easily accessible.
