Website is confusing.
The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.
Very nice people
The lady I was talking with, took the time to listen to me, and made sure that I was understanding her. She was very nice and never made me feel like she had more important things to do. The entire booking process was very easy
