Vicky and Mike were so helpful on my move in day ! I appreciate them so much. Vicky gave me step by step instructions to make sure I had all my stuff to log in and Mike walked me to my unit and made sure I knew how to use the lock! Couldn’t have wished for a smoother process ! Thank you 😊

Website is confusing.

The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.
